Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.

Estimated delivery times:

• Singapore: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
• International: Varies by destination

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, the delivery is considered complete. Playback Asia is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If there are any issues with delivery, customers must contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.
